Where Did We Come From?
SoundBites started with a passion; a passion for food, music, a great time, and reliving those memories. Our executive event coordinators are three people with three different backgrounds, all brought together through the very thing SoundBites is built upon; great food + drink, great music, and great memories. Through Rob, Paul, and Dakota’s love for bringing people together, we bring you: SoundBites events
The Founder
Rob is a dedicated service industry professional with a background in food, beverage, and live music.
“I have always loved creation, specifically for others. As strange as that may sound, I relish that feeling of ‘mmmm’, that look of satisfaction, that irreplaceable smile on someone’s face when you’ve put something together for them; whether it’s a song you perform, a drink you’ve made, or a dish you’ve curated. The idea that I can make just one person’s day a little better through any of those things is enough, and that’s what we’ve done with SoundBites. I have put and will continue to put my all into this thing, into these events, because we are not here for a quick buck, we are here for everyone.”
The Designer
Paul Castillo brings a strong background in hospitality, operations, and event coordination to the SoundBites team. With years of experience managing fast-paced environments and creating memorable guest experiences, he assists with event planning, coordination, and execution to ensure that every event runs smoothly from the start to the finish. Passionate about organization, creativity, and customer service, Paul helps turn ideas into seamless and engaging experiences for clients and guests alike.
The Photographer
Dakota Fricke brings a significant background in hospitality and photography to the SoundBites team. Between his years of experience bartending behind a craft cocktail bar and photographing for a wide variety of applications, Dakota’s expertise and assistance in SoundBites’ creative applications is invaluable.
“I have worked as a professional photographer for almost five years now ranging from sports, products, nature, to everyday events with friends and families, and from all of these jobs I've learned one thing; catching moments in time that generate genuine feeling is one of the single most enjoyable and rewarding experiences I could receive from any position. When I was approached by SoundBites, I could not have been more excited because it was an opportunity to capture moments with families and friends that would be looked on fondly for years to come.”
